Invite mythical symbolism and intricate artistry into your daily ritual with this goblet.
According to Japanese folklore, the Baku feeds on bad dreams and nightmares, transforming them into fortune and peace. In this narrative scene, the creature is captured in mid-dream by a rope that wraps around the sculptural stem of the vessel, grounding the surreal motif in tangible form.
The exterior of the cup blooms outward, decorated with lotus petals that evoke spiritual awakening. Finished with hand-painted details and a smooth, tactile glaze, this goblet bridges the worlds of ancient folklore and modern ceramic artistry.
